When you submit a contact or preview request on this site, we collect the following information:

• Your name
• Your business or organization name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your current website URL, app name, or software description

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver your free mockup or live demo, and communicate about the modernization service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. How long we keep it

Your information is retained for as long as your client relationship is active. If you choose not to proceed after a preview, your information is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Active clients' information is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for up to 1 year after termination for record-keeping purposes.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand traffic and usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@lmyaga.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
